Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

In most cases, we don’t offer returns or refunds because each one of our decals are custom made to order, however, if your order arrived damaged or defective due to an error made on our part or by the shipping carrier you may request a return or refund, however, you will need to send the item back to us for inspection within 7 business days of receiving. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your return must include proof of purchase. We will not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on items damaged due to incorrect installation by the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Exchanges

We may exchange your item for the same item if it is defective or damaged due to an error made on our part or by the carrier within 7 business days of receiving, however before a replacement can be shipped, we will need proof of purchase, a signed written statement from you that the item was received damaged, and pictures of the damage. We will not offer exchanges on items damaged due to incorrect installation by the customer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
