Will my decal come with a background?
No. There is no background to the decals. The background is whatever you apply the decal to.
Will I receive tracking information with my order?
Yes. Tracking information for your order will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from Cape Coral, Florida.
What will be the exact dimensions of my decal?
The exact dimensions will show after you have selected the options for size, color, and reverse.
What type of vinyl do you use for the decals?
We use Oracal 651 vinyl, unless another type of vinyl is specified on the product page. Oracal 651 vinyl is a calendared medium-term indoor and outdoor vinyl with a thickness of 2.5mil (millionths of an inch) and made with clear, solvent-based, permanent adhesive.
What type of transfer tape do you use for the decals?
We use a high-tack transparent transfer tape for easy installation. If a different type of transfer tape is needed for your decal application, please contact us.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We currently offer the following shipping options:
USPS Ground Advantage® Estimated 2-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail® Estimated 1-3 business days
We do not guarantee delivery times, as they are estimates provided by USPS.
What finish will my decal come in?
Our decals come in a glossy finish. Matte finish may also be available from the color option menu on the product page.
What color do the decals come in?
You can check the colors from the product page. The colors may display different on your monitor so we cannot guarantee an exact color match. You can also view the vinyl color chart here.
What can I apply my decal to?
You can apply your decal to just about any clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces, indoors or outdoors. All of our decals include clear high-tack transparent application tape for easy placement.
You can use them on cars, trucks, boats, signs, walls, windows, laptops, and much more.
