In some cases you may get small bubbles under the decal, they will usually dissipate in a couple of days. If you have large bubbles in the decal, you may need to use a thin needle to puncture the decal so the air underneath can escape, then use a vinyl decal applicator or an old credit card and rub over the decal gently to press it down.

One of the most important steps to follow before installing your new deal is to make sure the area you are applying it to is clean. Any residue from car wash soap, wax, oil, gas, etc, will prevent your decal from sticking. We recommend cleaning the area you will be applying your decal to with rubbing alcohol or clean soapy water. Make sure if using soapy water the area is rinsed well. Then use a clean lint-free cloth to dry the area.

Take your decal and lay it face down on a hard flat, smooth surface and use a vinyl decal applicator or an old credit card to rub over the backing paper. Start from the center out pressing firmly in all directions. This will help activate the glue on the decal and you should now be able to peel it away from the backing paper with no issues.
